Yes. We are always improving how we detect and calculate Lingo Counts but we don’t always get it right. You can remove spikes that you disagree with. If you feel like the number of Lingo Counts that you accrued from a spike is inaccurate or a “spike” is not actually a spike, you can remove the Lingo Count value from your graph and from your daily total. In case you removed them by mistake, removed Lingo Counts can be added back in.
Lingo Counts can only be removed during your current Lingo Week. The only reason you wouldn't be able to remove your Lingo Counts would be because yesterday was a past Lingo Week.
To remove Lingo Counts:
- Tap the + button below the spike
- Select “remove Lingo Counts''
- If you have logged an event associated with a spike you can also click ''Edit'' and remove their Lingo Count from there as well.
