In general, find a 12-hour (or less) window of time during the day to have all your meals, with your last meal being at least 2-3 hours before bed. This may look like: breakfast between 9-10am, lunch between 1-2pm, dinner between 5-6pm, and plan to go to sleep between 9-10pm. You may have an earlier or later eating window, or you may have a shorter eating window and choose to fast overnight for longer than 12 hours. Depending on your activity level, you may opt for snacks between main meals.
