You can sync Lingo to Health Connect to see your workout data in Lingo and send your glucose data* to Health Connect.
How to connect?
Open your Lingo app:
- Go to the ‘You’ tab in the Lingo app
- Click on the settings button on the top left
- Select ‘App settings’
- Under ‘Your preferences’, see the option ‘Sync with Health Connect’
- Click ‘Manage’ to begin the connection process
- Click on ‘Allow all’ to sync Lingo with Health Connect (on Android 13 versions and below, you will have to first select the ‘Lingo’ app under ‘App Permissions’)
Data Lingo exports to Health Connect:
- Lingo sends glucose data measured via interstitial fluid to Health Connect. It does not measure nor send blood glucose data to Health Connect.
- Lingo shares 5-minute glucose values with Health Connect at a 3-hour delay.
- Lingo measures glucose values between 3.1-11.1 mmol/L. When Lingo shares your glucose data with Health Connect, only that value range will be shared.
- The average glucose number might be different in Lingo and Health Connect because glucose data is sent to Health Connect at a 3-hour delay.
Data Lingo imports from Google Health:
- Lingo reads height, steps, weight, and workouts from Health Connect
- Daily workouts recorded in Health Connect are auto-populated in the Lingo app
- You’ll see ‘exercise’ auto-logged on your Lingo graph
*Lingo does not measure or send blood glucose data to any health apps. Lingo sends glucose data measured via interstitial fluid to health apps.
