You can connect Lingo to Apple Health to see your workout data in Lingo and send your glucose data to Apple Health*.
How to connect?
First, open your Lingo app:
- Go to ‘You’ tab in the Lingo app
- Click on the settings button on the top left
- Select ‘App settings’
- Under ‘Your preferences’ see the option ‘Connect to Apple Health’
- Click on ‘Manage’ and get redirected to phone settings app
Open the iPhone settings app:
- In your phone settings app scroll down to Apps menu and select ‘Health’ app
- Under data select ‘Data Access & Devices’
- Select ‘Lingo’ app
- Click on ‘Turn On All’ to sync Lingo with Apple Health
Data Lingo exports to Apple Health:
- Lingo sends glucose data measured via interstitial fluid to Apple Health. It does not measure nor send blood glucose data to Apple Health.
- Lingo shares 5-minute glucose values with Apple Health at a 3-hour delay.
- Lingo measures glucose values between 3.1-11.1 mmol/L. When Lingo shares your glucose data with Apple Health, only that value range will be shared.
- The average glucose number might be different in Lingo and Apple Health because glucose data is sent to Apple Health at a 3-hour delay.
Data Lingo imports from Apple Health:
- Lingo reads height, sex, steps, weight and workout from Apple Health
- Daily workouts recorded in Apple Health are auto-populated in the Lingo app
- You can see ‘exercise’ auto logged on your Lingo graph
*Lingo does not measure nor send blood glucose data to Apple Health. Lingo sends glucose data measured via interstitial fluid to Apple Health.
