You can download your entire glucose data history, save the data file, and share it with anyone you choose.
Steps to download your glucose data:
- Go to ‘You’ tab on your Lingo app
- Select ‘Profile’ tab and scroll down to the bottom
- Under ‘Actions’ click on ‘export your glucose data’
- If you’re trying it for the first time, click on ‘Export data’ to generate a file with your glucose data
- Click on ‘Download file’ to save the file on your phone
- If you want to generate a new file, click on ‘Export new file’
It’s important to remember:
- You can export only one new file per day
- Each file is a spreadsheet with timestamps and 5-minute glucose values only
- Food, workout and other logged activities are NOT included in the spreadsheet
- Glucose values will be between the range of 3.1-11.1 mmol/L only
- The file includes all historical glucose data to date
