To request a refund: Log in to the Lingo app. Remember you username is the email address you used to purchase Lingo. Tap the You menu (bottom right of your screen). Then tap on your Profile. Tap on Current Plan and See plan details. Tap on Orders, then Return order and enter the required information to generate a return label. Please return any unopened biosensors. At the return label to your envelope or box and give it to the courier. Lingo covers the cost for return shipping charges. If you received your second delivery within the 30-day time period and would like to use the 30-day money-back guarantee you’ll need to get in touch with us.
