You can change your payment details for any reason. If your payment is declined, you’ll get a notification. If you need to update your payment details, follow these steps:
- Visit www.hellolingo.com/uk, scroll to the bottom of the homepage and select "Log in". Remember, your username is the email address you used to purchase Lingo.
- Select “Payment details”.
- Tap on Edit payment method to update your credit card information.
Please note: You don’t need to update your payment details if you purchased the 2-week Learn plan or the 4-week Build plan as these plans won’t auto renew.
