You can change your payment details and time in case you locked or lost your credit card or for any other reason. If your payment is declined, you’ll get a notification. If you need to update your payment details, follow these steps:
- Log in to the Lingo app. Reminder: your username is the email address you used to purchase Lingo.
- Tap on You (bottom right of your screen). Then tap Profile and Plan.
- Tap on Payment details.
- Tap on Edit payment method to update your credit card information.
Please note: You don’t need to update your payment details if you purchased the "Discovery Pack" as this plan won't autorenew.
