We like to be flexible – so you can change your next order date any time.
- Log in to the Lingo app. Remember, your username is the email address you used to purchase Lingo.
- Tap on You (bottom right of your screen). Then tap Profile and Current Plan.
- To modify your plan, please tap See plan details to visit our website.
New order dates can be up to 90 days in the future. Please be advised that the date you pick is only the date the order will generate in our system; actual delivery will follow 2-3 business days later.
Following the above instructions you can also pause your subscription indefinitely via the "Pause Subscription" button at the top of the page. The subscription can then be reactivated at a time of your choosing by returning to the same page; the button will instead read Resume Subscription.
