You can cancel your subscription any time, but make sure to cancel before your next order ships to avoid being charged.
- Log in to the Lingo app. Remember, your username is the email address you used to purchase Lingo.
- Tap on You (bottom right of your screen). Then tap Profile and Plan.
- On the Account Management page, tap My account and select Cancel at the bottom of the screen.
Please note: You don’t need to cancel if you purchased the "Discovery Pack". This plan won't autorenew.
You can reactivate your cancelled subscription any time, through your account settings.
