Yes. After your first week on Lingo, you can change your Lingo Count target at any time. Simply:
- Tap on “The Plan”
- Select “Progress”
- Under “This week’s target”, tap on your Lingo Count target numberIn the pop-up window,use the “+/-” to adjust your target
Your target is dynamic and personalised based on your glucose patterns and you can use the “change your target” feature to personalise it further. You might choose an easier goal when on vacation or a more challenging goal when starting a new diet and exercise plan. Allowable target values span from 20 (most challenging) to 105 (least challenging). Stay within your target to keep your glucose spikes down and achieve your long-term goals.
