Can I remove the Lingo Counts resulting from a spike?

Yes. We are always improving how we detect and calculate Lingo Counts but we don’t always get it right. You can remove spikes that you disagree with. If you feel like the number of Lingo Counts that you accrued from a spike is inaccurate or a “spike” is not actually a spike, you can remove the Lingo Count value from your graph and from your daily total.  Once you remove these Lingo Counts, they cannot be added back in. To remove Lingo Counts:

• Tap the + button below the spike
• Select “remove Lingo Counts.”
