What happened?
If you get the error message 'Biosensor already in use' you’ve tried to connect a new biosensor before your previous one was finished.
How do I fix it?
If you wish to start using a new biosensor, remove the current one, and apply a new biosensor. Then activate it using the app.
If not, continue the current biosensor wear and use the correct paired smartphone.
