Think of Lingo Count as the currency of your Lingo Plan.

Your aim is to stay within your daily Lingo Count allowance by following informed, in-the-moment coaching prompts. These help you understand your glucose responses so you can make simple but powerful tweaks to your habits.

Here’s how it works:
• Each week you’ll get your Lingo Count allowance
• Your objective: stay within this allowance daily and weekly
• After eating, Lingo converts your glucose responses numeric values based on the level and duration of your glucose spikes
• Both level and duration can be lowered with exercise and proper nutrition
