Gently remove your biosensor like a plaster. Baby oil can be used to loosen if needed. If there’s adhesive residue on your skin, clean it with alcohol.
When you apply a new one, choose a different area – for example the back of your other arm.
Make sure you follow local disposal guidance for electronic equipment, batteries, sharps, and materials exposed to bodily fluids. ‘Sharps’ are anything used to puncture or lacerate skin. Biosensors are not sharps – the sharp stays in the applicator.
