How do I pause my next shipment?

1. Log in to the Lingo app. Remember, your username is the email address you used to purchase Lingo.

2. Tap the More menu (bottom right of your screen). Then tap ‘Account Management’.

3. Tap on the 'My Membership Details' tab.

4. On the 'My Membership Details' page, tap 'Change date'.

New order dates can only be up to 90 days in the future. We’ll ship your biosensors approximately 3 business days from your chosen date and you can expect to receive them 2-3 days later.
