Your biosensor is recalibrating. It needs a little more time to get an accurate reading.
How do I fix it?
Follow the app instructions.
● Wait 10 minutes, then check again
● If necessary, check every 10 minutes until two hours have passed
● If you cannot get a reading after two hours, remove your biosensor
