What happened?
Either your smartphone isn’t within six metres of the biosensor, or something’s blocking the signal – a wall, door or your body.
How do I fix it?
● Move your Smartphone and biosensor to within six metres of each other; they should reconnect automatically.
● If they haven’t reconnected, check for anything that might be blocking the signal like walls, doors or your body position.
The biosensor stores all of your data and once reconnected, it’ll fill any gaps.
