What happened?
The biosensor’s tiny, flexible filament isn’t fully under your skin. If you receive the error message 'Check biosensor' it might not be properly applied. Or you might have tried to start the biosensor before applying it.
How do I fix it?
If you haven’t applied the biosensor yet, please do so. Then follow the prompts to activate it.
If you’ve applied it already, it’s possible that your biosensor might not have attached properly. Try again with a new biosensor. If you keep seeing the ‘Check biosensor’ message, contact Customer Support.
