Will I bleed when I apply my biosensor?

A little bleeding can happen, but it should be brief and light.

WHAT TO DO: If bleeding is light, apply pressure to the biosensor at the point of insertion to stop the flow. Activate your biosensor as normal.

If bleeding is prolonged or heavy, or if you notice something wrong with your applicator, remove your biosensor and contact your GP or physician. Please also contact Customer Support by tapping the chat icon in the lower right corner of your screen.

If you’re taking anticoagulants, please consult with your GP or physician before continuing use.
