If you’ve changed your mind about using Lingo, you can take advantage of our 30-day money back guarantee. This applies to your first purchase only.
To request a refund:
1. Log in to the Lingo app. Remember, your username is the email address you used to purchase Lingo.
2. Tap the More menu (bottom right of your screen). Then tap ‘Account Management’.
3. Tap ‘Return order’ and enter the required information to generate a return label.
4. Please return any unopened biosensors. Attach the return label to your envelope or box and give it to the courier. Lingo covers the cost for return shipping charges.
If you received your second delivery within the 30-day time period and would like to use the 30-day money-back guarantee, you'll need to get in touch with us.
