We hope you won’t need to, but if you do, returning is easy.
1. Log in to the Lingo app. Remember, your username is the email address you used to purchase Lingo.
2. Tap the More menu (bottom right of your screen). Then tap ‘Account Management’.
3. Go to ‘Orders’ and select ‘Return order’ for the order you’re returning. Enter the order number and your email address to request a return.
4. Attach the return label to your envelope or box and give it to the courier when they collect your package.
