You can update your shipping address for future orders in your account settings:
1. Log in to the Lingo app. Remember, your username is the email address you used to purchase Lingo.
2. If you’re on the app, tap the More menu (bottom right of your screen). Then tap ‘Account Management’.
3. Select ‘Shipping address’.
4. Enter the new address and Save
If your order has shipped to the wrong address, get in touch with us. If you’re on desktop, you can select the chat icon at the bottom right of your screen. Otherwise, you can call us on 0800 066 8320, Monday to Friday 8am-9pm, Saturday to Sunday 9am-5pm. Or you can email us at lingosupport-uk@hellolingo.com.
