Double-check it hasn’t been left nearby or with a neighbour. No luck? You can track your package on your account. Here’s how:
1. Log in to the Lingo app. Remember, your username is the email address you used to purchase Lingo.
2. Tap the More menu (bottom right of your screen). Menu’. Then tap ‘Account Management’.
3. Select the ‘Orders’ tab, then select ‘View order details’ on the order you want to track. You’ll also find a tracking link in your order confirmation email.
